The Rebuilding Process

Starting this work can feel uncertain — especially if you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time. This page is here to offer clarity, not pressure.

Before We Begin

After booking, you’ll complete a questionnaire. It isn’t about a right or wrong answer- it helps me understand – Where you are right now- What’s been weighing on you- What you hope might change

    You choose what you share.

    Your First Session

Our first session is about listening, understanding, and grounding. Many people arrive feeling worn down, stuck, or unsure how they got here. We’ll move at your pace — no fixing, no forcing, no expectations to perform.

In this session, we’ll: Explore what’s brought you here- Identify patterns or pressures that feel heavy- Begin to clarify what rebuilding could look like for you.

You don’t need to prepare anything. Showing up is enough.

    Between Sessions (This Matters)

This work doesn’t stop when our session ends.

After each meeting, I reflect on what we uncovered and work to create clear, practical next steps that support you in real life — not just in conversation.

Between sessions, this may include: Thoughtful action plans tailored to where you are- Adjustments based on what worked as well as what did not- Gentle accountability that supports momentum, not pressure

Each session builds on the last. Nothing is static — we adapt as you grow.

    Ongoing Sessions

As we continue, our work evolves.

Sessions may include: Reworking long held patterns or beliefs- Strengthening self trust and confidence- Clarifying direction and purpose-Creating sustainable ways to move forward

Plans are reviewed and adjusted after every session so the work stays aligned with your needs, capacity, and pace.

    My Approach

Many people come to this work feeling broken. I don’t believe they are. I believe people adapt to survive — and sometimes those adaptations simply need revisiting.

My role is to support you in: Understanding yourself more clearly- Releasing what no longer serves you-Building a path forward that feels grounded and honest

This is collaborative work. You remain in control at all times.

What This Is — and Isn’t

This is: Supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental- Grounded in lived experience and thoughtful structure- Focused on rebuilding, clarity, and forward movement

This isn’t: Therapy or clinical treatment- One-size-fits-all advice
A process where you’re expected to push or rush change

    If You’re Unsure

Uncertainty is part of the process. You don’t need to be ready — just open to beginning.
